How to request account deletion

1. Sign in below (or in the TrenixaGym app), then open Account settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and its associated data.
2. Prefer not to sign in, or acting on someone’s behalf? Email email us and we will action your request.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted or anonymised within 30 days: your account and profile, your reviews and review photos, saved gyms, notifications, and the contact details on your enquiries (name, email and phone number).

Limited data we may keep: enquiry message text may remain once your name, email and phone number are removed; limited records may be retained where legally required (security, accounting, complaints, disputes or legal obligations); residual copies in backups expire within 90 days; and anonymous statistics that can no longer identify you may be kept.
